Our store is located at 467 Amsterdam Ave, between the cross-streets of 82nd and 83rd in Manhattan.

Our store is easy to get to by car, taxi, or public transportation.

By Subway (from Downtown or Uptown)
Take the local B or C train to 81st Street and walk westward to Amsterdam Avenue.
Or you may take the local IRT 1 train to 79th Street and walk east to Amsterdam Avenue. Our store is between 82nd and 83rd Street.

By Bus from Downtown (south of 81st Street)
m104 take the m104 bus north on Broadway, walk one block east on 82nd Street.
m7 or m11 take the m7 or m11 bus north on Amsterdam.
m5 take the m5 north from Riverside Drive, walk three blocks east on 82nd Street.
m10 take the m10 north from Central Park West, walk two blocks west on 82nd Street.

By Bus from Uptown (north of 82nd Street)
m104 take the m104 bus south on Broadway, walk one block east on 82nd Street.
m7 or m11 take the m7 or m11 bus south on Columbus Ave., walk west on 82nd Street.
m5 take the m5 south from Riverside Drive, walk three blocks east on 82nd Street.
m10 take the m10 south from Central Park West, walk two blocks west on 82nd Street.

Please note: Prices shown are in U.S. dollars only.
We accept the following credit cards:

Your credit card is not charged nor verfied online. To avoid any processing delays, please be sure to correctly enter your credit card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly.

Your order will not be placed if you do not click "Order Now." Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash through the mail.

Tax policy
Daphne collects sales tax for purchases shipped to New York state residents.

Shipping: Domestic and international shipping information

Shipping and Handling
We ship to all fifty United States and the following U.S. territories; American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Normal standard shipping costs apply to orders to U.S. territories.

Express delivery is not available to U.S. territories.

We do ship internationally. Customers are responsible for all duties charged by their countries. International shipping charges are determined by the cost, szie and weight of the item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot determine the actual cost until the shipment is made.

Since many of our garments are hand made, we cannot estimate shipping time for your order until your order is verified. Once we have reviewed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with an estimated shipping time. We will not charge your credit card until we have shipped your order.

Ground (Standard Delivery)
Orders will arrive within 7 to 10 days from the time it is shipped from us. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. All standard deliveries are handled by Airborne Express.

We ship through Federal Express. Please let us know if you prefer to use the United States Post Office (USPS) or any other service. However we are not responsible for these shipments.

3-Day, 2nd Day and Overnight Shipping
Order will arrive 3 days, 2 days or 1 day, respectively, from the time it is shipped from us. Express delivery is not available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Shipping Outside of Continental United States
For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

Returns: Our Return Policy

Unless noted, we accept returns of merchandise up to 30 days from purchase from the internet. We do not accept returns for merchandise marked as final sale, or returns on worn or damaged or altered merchandise. Tags should be intact.

Returns received later than 30 days are eligible only for merchandise credit.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.

Return or Exchange an Item by Mail
You may send the item back to us at the address below using any method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange the item or refund as you instruct. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping charge.

If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:

  • Your name and billing address
  • The name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
  • The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
  • The item number of the merchandise, if available
  • The problem with the merchandise and if you want to be refunded, or have the item exchanged for a different size or color.

Return to Our Retail Store
You can return your order to our retail store, even if the item has been purchased over the internet.

Please make sure to bring the original invoice, the credit card used for the original purchase (or gift receipt). A valid identification is required to process all returns and exchanges with a return/exchange receipt.
